As a film manufacturer, we produce film products from granulate to finished film in-house. The wishes of our customers are our top priority.

We produce film rolls as flat film, tubular film, half-tubular film or gusseted film on state-of-the-art extrusion lines. Different raw materials are selected, such as LDPE, HDPE, MDPE or bio-films. Further processing into bags takes place in the converting department, which enables an attractive variety of products.

Through the existing certification, the company Schröder Folienfabrik & Verpackung GmbH & Co. KG guarantees a constant traceability of the production orders and thus enables the customer a high degree of transparency.

Order-specific raw material mixtures ensure consistent quality. The granulate used is sourced and processed only from the leading raw material producers.

In addition to the production of film, we also deal with the sustainable disposal and recycling of film waste.

The raw materials we use are of high quality and are approved by our quality management before going into production for the customer.

Through various plastic processing equipment, we are able to produce many different types of bags and packaging in a short time.

Precise printing

Due to our printing facilities at the extruder as well as another large-area printing machine, we are able to fulfill almost every customer request.

Erema-Recycling Anlage

Durch unsere Recyclinganlage sind wir in der Lage Kunststoffabfälle zu Recyceln und den gewonnenen Rohstoff wieder zu verwenden. Die bietet uns die Möglichkeit besonders umweltbewusst zu Recyceln, da große Transportstrecken ausbleiben.

Extrusion

Durch unsere eigene Extrusion sind wir in der Lage die meisten Kundenwünsche zu erfüllen. Wir sind sehr flexibel und unabhängig von Lieferanten, welche Rollenware liefern.

Blasextrusion

In unserer Produktion setzen wir auf die Blasextrusion. Wir sind in der Lage Schlauchfolie, Halbschlauchfolie sowie Flachfolie zu produzieren.
