This machine combines a shredder and an extruder in a seamless, integrated process. This allows us to efficiently process a wide variety of plastic waste directly at our plant. From material intake, shredding and precise control of the material feed through to degassing, filtering and granulation, the entire process is fully automated and requires no 

manual intermediate steps. This automation allows us to save energy, increase productivity and reliably recycle a wide range of materials - from standard films to technically demanding plastics. The conical transition between the shredder and extruder compacts the material and reduces the oxygen content, which significantly improves the quality of the recycled pellets. Continuous degassing and the self-cleaning filter ensure that only pure, high-quality pellets are produced, which can even be superior to virgin material in many properties. As a special service, we purchase our customers' film waste. In this way, we offer you a simple, economical and environmentally friendly way of utilising your waste sensibly. In our company, we use the ISEC evo to process plastics efficiently and in a way that conserves resources. The process begins with the collection of a wide variety of materials, which come from our internal production residues and external foil waste. The single-shaft shredder mechanically shreds these materials and prepares them for further processing. One important aspect is the controlled material feed. The double pusher system ensures that the extruder is fed continuously and evenly. This prevents fluctuations in material quality and enables stable processing - crucial when it comes to consistent recycled pellet properties.

The conical transition transfers the preheated material into the extruder, where it is compacted and plasticised. This reduces the oxygen content, which is particularly advantageous for sensitive plastic fractions. This is followed by degassing, during which unwanted components such as moisture or volatile substances are removed. A self-cleaning filter separates residual solids before the material is granulated in the final step. We reuse the granulates obtained in this way directly in production. The ISEC evo enables us to close plastic cycles in-house and treat waste as a valuable resource. A practical contribution to our sustainability strategy.
