As we, the Schröder company, see ourselves as packaging specialists and thus system suppliers in all packaging areas and requirements, we have also developed the possibility of producing a biodegradable film. Our compostable film is decomposable in industrial as well as in "home" compost.
However, since the advantages of the conventionally used film should not be neglected, it is no problem to weld and individually print our compostable film!

Our block bottom bags are made of polypropylene (OPP) and therefore have a very high transparency. The food-safe bags are provided with a special sealing seam, so that even finely ground products such as tea, spices and powders can be packaged safely. Block bottom bags are well suited for presenting food products due to their high transparency.

Cellophane film consists of fully compostable cellulose and is made from renewable raw materials. Cellular glass offers an advantage due to its highly transparent appearance. Optionally available with a mineral oil barrier and improved water vapor permeability. In addition, the material is antistatic, printable and, of course, food safe. The film is tear-resistant and thus facilitates the packaging of goods. In addition, regenerated cellulose film is versatile.

Our cotton bags are easy to store and therefore offer the sustainable, reusable alternative to the conventional "shopping bag". In addition, our cotton bags are very robust due to the cotton quality, as well as very tear-resistant and offer a good wearing comfort. The bags are versatile and can be used as an advertising medium. On request, these bags are also individually printable and available in different dimensions.

The compostable flat film can also be used on packaging machines such as the flowpacker. Due to its sealability, food can be optimally packaged and protected with the biodegradable film. A flowpacker machine combines a picker line and a form fill and seal machine in one line. This enables goods to be packaged more gently, efficiently and flexibly. All the advantages of a flow packer are utilized, the film can be printed and packaging waste is reduced enormously.
