In the field of film packaging, there are some sustainable alternatives that you can fall back on. One of them is bio-polyethylene (bio-PE). The raw material is made from e.g. Bio-PE is 100% recyclable and can be individually printed. Compostable packaging can also be used as an alternative to conventional film packaging. Our compostable films are made from non-genetically modified, renewable raw materials and are biodegradable. The compostable film can be used in various areas of application. We carry over 100 different formulations for a wide range of applications. But not only compostable films represent a sustainable packaging solution, but also films made from 100% recycled material. The films made from 100% recycled material are made from 100% regranulate. With the film made of 100% recycled material, a distinction is made between PCR regrind (post-consumer recycling) and PIR regrind (post-consumer recycling). We have the ability to deliver the film made from 100% recycled material with the licensed blue print. The last alternative to conventional film packaging is Eco-Light. Compared to conventional LDPE, Eco-light material is a reduced-thickness material with optimized strength values. The Eco-Light material is environmentally friendly and food safe.
